These terms govern your use of meiosys.us and any purchase from MEIOSYS LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Refrigerants may only be bought by certified technicians. See our Refrigerant Sales Policy.

Products and information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but images are illustrative and packaging may differ from what is shown. Check the specifications on each product page before you order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any taxes are shown before you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the products. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot verify your certification, the delivery address is in a state we cannot ship to, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Safe handling

Refrigerants are pressurized and can be hazardous. You are responsible for handling, storing and using products safely and lawfully, and for following the manufacturer instructions and safety data sheet. Knowingly releasing refrigerant into the atmosphere is prohibited by law.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and we make no promises beyond those in these terms and any manufacturer warranty that comes with a product. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Santa Clara County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
