We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Other federal, state or local rules may also restrict what can be delivered to your location, and you are responsible for making sure your purchase is lawful where you are.

Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Orders that include refrigerant may take longer if we need to verify your certification first.

Shipping is free on all orders to US addresses. Any taxes are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Refrigerant cylinders are regulated hazardous materials. We ship them with carriers and services approved for that purpose, which may mean ground or freight delivery, and the carrier may require a signature on delivery.

We email you tracking details once your order ships.

Please check your delivery address carefully. Orders returned or delayed because of an incorrect address may incur extra charges.

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing or wrong, contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.
