Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Refrigerant products cannot be shipped to California. Other federal, state or local rules may also restrict what can be delivered to your location, and you are responsible for making sure your purchase is lawful where you are.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders that include refrigerant may take longer if we need to verify your certification first.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, and any free-shipping offer, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Hazardous materials

Refrigerant cylinders are regulated hazardous materials. We ship them with carriers and services approved for that purpose, which may mean ground or freight delivery, and the carrier may require a signature on delivery.

Tracking

We email you tracking details once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. Orders returned or delayed because of an incorrect address may incur extra charges.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing or wrong, contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.
