Return window

You can ask to return an item within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Products that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

What cannot be returned

• Refrigerant cylinders that have been opened, used, partially filled or have a broken seal, for safety and legal reasons.
• Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.
• Items clearly marked as final sale.

How to return an item

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send anything back until we have approved the return, because hazardous materials can only be shipped back under specific rules. We will send you instructions.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. If it has already shipped, the return process above applies.
