The Navien NPE-180A2 is a high-efficiency condensing tankless water heater designed for residential and light commercial use. With a capacity range of 10,000 to 150,000 BTU per hour and a Uniform Energy Factor of 0.95, it delivers powerful performance while minimizing energy waste. The unit provides a maximum flow rate of 8.4 GPM at a 35°F temperature rise, making it suitable for multiple simultaneous hot water demands. Compact and wall-hung, it installs easily indoors or outdoors and supports field conversion between natural gas and propane.
Equipped with Navien’s dual stainless steel heat exchangers and a built-in recirculation pump, the NPE-180A2 offers exceptional durability and faster hot water delivery. It features the EZNav™ multi-line control panel with integrated HotButton™ for user-friendly control, and it supports cascading and common venting with up to 12 units. Approved for 2″ or 3″ venting materials, it supports long vent runs and uses a 1/2″ gas line up to 24 feet. With ultra-low NOx emissions and multiple built-in features, the NPE-180A2 meets a wide range of installation needs with high efficiency and flexibility.
